SERVICES:
Adult Day Health Caregiver support Group, a Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Support Group and Services

CLIENTS:
Programs are designed to improve the declining health status of medically underserved seniors and to promote health and provide health related services. Adult day health is provided to preserve the independence and quality of life for seniors who are medically compromised and/or frail.

SERVICE AREA:
Floyd, Bartow, Chattooga, Gordon and Polk for ADH. 13 counties for senior employment: Catoosa, Chattooga, Cherokee, Dade, Douglas, Floyd, Gordon, Haralson, Paulding, Polk, Pickens, Walker, and Whitfield.

VOLUNTEERS:
Volunteers donate their time and talents to the Adult Day Health program. Volunteer training and orientation is available.
