SERVICES:
The legal advocate will assist clients through the entire process of obtaining a Temporary Protective Order. The advocate will prepare the paperwork and accompany participant through the ex parte hearing, filing of paperwork and getting the order served. The advocate will also provide court accompaniment to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Clients are eligible for services based on state and federal definitions. Services are provided regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, age, mental or physical disability, sexual orientation, citizenship, immigration status, marital status, gender identity or language spoken.
