SERVICES:
Provides services and supports to assist individuals with education, job training, and employment initiatives. Emergency assistance for rent and utilities is provided when funding is available. The Low Income Heating Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) which assists with heating bills is available during the winter season and allows for a one- time payment per program year toward the family’s heating bill.

CLIENTS:
Clients must qualify based on income set forth by the Federal poverty guidelines and program rules.
